The 7 day Express Program

This 7 day Express Program program features a week’s worth of workouts, Tips & Nutrition support to help get you feeling better physically and mentally. This 7 day course can be something you use for yourself personally OR deliver to your customers. The workouts are all less than 15 minutes long & can be done almost anywhere, including during your lunch breaks. Equipment required: no equipment is needed except either a sturdy chair / sofa / bed to prop yourself on for some of the workouts. As an advocate of promoting body positivity I am not one for crash diets and starving yourself but I do believe we are all responsible for keeping both our bodies and our minds healthy so if your looking for another fad diet I'm afraid you wont find that here. Chances are the first time you do the program it wont quite go to plan BUT luckily for you once you have the plan you can keep going back to it when you need it. Terms & Conditions of Purchase: - If you are on our Dance OR Combo Instructor membership plans this content IS included as part of your membership. - The use of this routine is for both personal use and or Teaching purposes only. - We do not recommend teaching these as part of your classes unless you have a certified Level 2 or above Dance, Fitness, Gym, Yoga or similar accredited qualification. Anyone who wishes to incorporate these into their classes without the suggested qualifications does so knowingly at their own risk. - No one is allowed to post more than a total of 60 seconds of our choreography anywhere either as a single video or a group of videos unless you are using our routine teaser video. - Anyone found to be teaching or passing off our routines as their own work unlawfully will face legal action. - Teach Burlesque and Dance is not required to check that you are suitably trained, qualified or covered to teach our content however we do offer the appropriate training courses should you wish to ensure you are. - You MUST NOT send customers videos
